By downloading, installing, or using the CruisePro mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the CruisePro developer regarding your use of the App.
2. Description of the Service
CruisePro is an iOS application designed to support timber cruising field workflows. The App may include:
- Tract/stand/plot/tree record management
- Location-based plot navigation
- Fast data entry and field-optimized UI
- Summaries/statistics and report outputs (feature-dependent)
3. Professional Use and Responsibility
IMPORTANT: CruisePro helps with field data entry and calculation/reporting convenience. Results depend on measurement quality, field conditions, and user input. App outputs do not replace professional judgment; you are responsible for verification and final decisions.
4. License
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Download, install, and use the App on your iOS device
- Use the App for your personal/professional field work (excluding resale/distribution of the App)
5. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove or alter proprietary notices
- Attempt unauthorized access to the App or related systems
6. Data and Backups
App data is stored locally on your device by default. If you uninstall the App, on-device data may be removed. For privacy details, see the Privacy Policy.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Be responsible for measurement and input accuracy
- Maintain the security of your device
8. Safe Use
Safety warning: Do not use the App while driving or in situations requiring full attention. When working in the field, take appropriate precautions for environmental hazards (terrain, weather, wildlife, etc.).

Your privacy matters. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The App will perform identically on all devices/iOS versions
- Calculated/report outputs will meet your expectations in every situation
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
12. Updates and Modifications
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. We may notify you of material changes via the App Store or other appropriate means.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where necessary, including for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
14. App Store Terms
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple App Store terms. In the event of a conflict, App Store terms may control with respect to your use via the App Store.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

17. Severability
