Bird Hunt Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the Bird Hunt mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Bird Hunt regarding your use of the App.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

14. App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store. In case of conflict between these Terms and App Store terms, the App Store terms shall prevail with respect to your use of the App Store.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
